The Process

When we decide to work together for sleep services, there is an important process that I follow. Please keep in mind that each plan is custom designed for your family based on the information that you share. There is absolutely no judgment involved – as long as everything is safe, I will work with you to meet your goals in a way that is comfortable for your family.

Step 1: We will have a short, free, 15-minute call to talk about your sleep goals and parenting philosophies. We will discuss your biggest challenges, your level of comfort in establishing new routines, schedules, and boundaries, and your goals.

Step 2: You will complete a detailed intake form about sleep habits, room environment, health, behaviors, personality, and anything else that you need me to know. You will also keep a detailed log of activities, nutrition, and sleep.

Step 3: I create a personalized sleep plan for you and your child. The plan will be specific to the goals that you have outlined and to the personalities of you and your child. Almost always, I will send two different sleep training methods for you to review and choose from based on your comfort level (spoiler alert: I do not tell you to put your child in their bed and just let them cry.) After I send the plan and you have some time to review the methods, we will have a conversation to discuss the plan and answer any questions that you have. I like to do this call on the day that you are going to start the training.

Step 4: Implement the plan! I will be there to support you along the way: support ranges from just a few days to a few weeks depending on your package choice. You will report back information such as: how long it took your kiddo to fall asleep, how many wakeups they had, how long naps went, bedtimes, wake up times, etc. We will adjust as necessary, and I will answer questions along the way. Most of all – I will be your biggest cheerleader throughout the process.

Step 5: Get some sleep!

Also – after we wrap up our time together, I’ll send you some information about what to expect next, travel tips, suggested schedules, and more. Ready to get started? Book your package now
